UCS’s flagship product, RightRules, is an online interactive platform designed to not only simplify POSH training but also ensure maximum retention by all the stakeholders of an organisation.
The platform provides unique and
personalised content at 3 levels:
- Employees
- Managers
- Internal Committee
The training module is designed in a manner that it gauges the user’s existing knowledge and then via an interactive module sheds light on new perspectives. It’s also followed by a quiz to reinforce the newfound understanding of the POSH Act.
The training module is available in
Hindi, English, Tamil, and Kannada
so that every employee, including the one who is working in a distant factory, can become more aware and sensitized
