We conduct orientation training for the internal committee members, for a duration of 80 mins both virtually and in person in the following format:

Objective: Orientation workshop streamlining the Internal Committee's approach with an objective to equip members of the IC with essential knowledge to effectively manage and evaluate complaints of sexual harassment, in line with the principles of natural justice.
