Programs on Unconscious Biases
- A country like India which has diverse geographies, religions, communities, languages and is a patriarchal society, biases are the name of the game. We are instilled with it at home, school, and by our religion. Our program on unconscious bias not only helps in examining these biases but also help in understanding the effect of these biases. The objective is to instil a new thought process in employees to work without such biases.
- Female labour force participation declined to 25.3% in 2017-18 from 33.1% in 2011-12, despite nearly 0.7 crore new jobs being created.*
